No homepage

Hi,
I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but the theme doesn’t produce a homepage. View my website here: http://www.weightlossjourney.co.uk – I want my website to look exactly how it does, but it doesn’t seem to be a static homepage, it’s just a page that pulls through posts dynamically. There’s no option to make this my homepage, and it affects my google rankings massively. How can I fix this?

To configure your site to display a specific page on the front or home page, select “A static page” in Settings -> Reading. Select which page should be the front page, and which page should be the blog.
