• Hello,

I’ve been having issues with the website I created. The problem I’ve experienced is related with the elements of the site. They don’t load properely. However, if I refresh login to WordPress and refresh the page, it loads correctly. But then again, after a couple of hours the elements of the site don’t load properly.

I’ve already desactivated plugins, cleared cache and updated everything to the last version and still the website isn’t loading as it was supossed to.

I really need help on this as the current state has stoped the project to show it to customers and optimieze it to meet the company goals.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @corpokredit ,
I just checked your website and it’s missing the style.css please check all the CSS is loading properly and I don’t think there’s any plugin conflict issue still first check your CSS is properly loaded so that the problem will be resolved one more thing if there is any cache plugin install in your site just deactivate and check.

    Hello

Are you using the Elemetor plugin? Did you use the Elemetor pro?

Please activate all the plugin and update the Elemetor plugin and clear the cache.

I hope this will work for you

    Hello @tridhyatechltd and @anurag17

Thanks for replying. So, I used urlscan.io and identified that when I login to wordpress and refresh the page whitout making any change, the website loads fine. But after a couple of hours, a CSS file and a JS file are deleated from the host and the site starts to load bad.

The CSS file is uag-css-1390.css and the js file is uag-js-1390.js

Both of them are located in wp-content/uploads/uag-plugin/assets/1000

I tried to further identify the issue by installing the plugin WP Activity log, but it maxed the capacity of the database and I had to reinstall a security copy because I couldn’t access my wordpress account.

I didn’t used elementor, I used Gutenberg. However, a I used a theme from astra and maybe it uses elementor. But, I’ve already cleared the cache and updated the plugins and the problem is still appearing.

Once I refresh the website after login to wordpress it takes around 6 hours to load badly again. So checking every plugin after 6 hours is time consuming. Is there a way to speed up the process to identify if there is a problem with some plugin?

Or maybe if you have another solution that can be helpful, I’m glad to hear it.

    Thanks a lot
