Yes, Plugin is compatible with multisite and you can use the plugin on a multisite installation. However, it’s important to note that you’ll need to configure the Twitter account connections separately for each site of the multisite setup.
We don’t have a common shared configuration at the network level yet, but we have an open issue for discussing and updating the handling of network installations. If a shared configuration at the network level is something you are looking for, I would suggest keeping an eye on the GitHub issue for any updates.
