So when there are multiple WordPress sites with WooCommerce and Jetpack (for WooCommerce App notifications), e.g. during a migration from one server to a new one – how can this be handled? Just turn off the old server and the new server will continue sending notifications to the WooCommerce App? Or is a re-setup necessary for updating the IP address(es) of the new server?

Hey there – are you migrating your site from an old to a new server on your end? If the Jetpack connection is good on the new server after migration, then no action is needed, but if it gets disturbed, then we will need to resolve that first to make sure everything is working properly.

Once you complete the migration, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form.
