• Hi,

We’ve been having issues with the modal pop we’re using to display therapist information on our website on mobile devices.

I’ve tried playing around with the width and height of the pop-up (in mobile responsive view) as well as the mobile breakpoints for each of the templates we’re using for the pop-ups and it seems to only use the desktop version (the mobile version for each template looks completely different from the desktop version).

The mobile width for the modal pop-up in responsive view doesn’t seem to carry over on actual mobile devices (viewed on an iphone 14 pro max and a pixel 7 pro).

You’ll see for yourself when you view this page using a phone and by clicking one of the pictures:

    Hi,

Like I said in the post, I’ve already played around with the modal width for desktop, tablet and mobile. So this suggestion doesn’t help.

Each of these breakpoints have different widths but for some reason, whatever width is set for mobile doesn’t actually carry over on the live website.

Also, the modal pop-up doesn’t use the mobile version of the section I’m using. It instead displays design for desktop browsers.

We have tried at our end and when applying the width for the mobile device. You get an extra css rule for the mobile device used on the modal popup.
Please reapply the width for the mobile device. It’s not there on the browser’s inspect window. see screenshot.
