Menu WP bug

Hi,
the Menu on WP keeps acting randomly.

That said, at times, it bug on certain mobiles, and not others, at other time, bug on all mobiles.
On computer it also bug regularly (usually it bug wether on mobile or computer)
I don’t have a picture to show when it is normal, as it’s in bug right now, but it should be violet with the title readable… instead it’s grey without titles when it bugs, like this: file:///Users/sandrine/Desktop/photo_2024-06-10%2016.54.32.jpeg
Any fix we tried didn’t last more than a day and then goes back to those random bugs.
Does someone knows how to fix this Menu bug both on mobiles and computers?

I tried many times to insert my images with the + button, but i can’t figure out how to do.
It asks me for URL of the image and when i slide the image into the image box that appears after i click + then IMAGE, it opens a grey rectangle with a line in diagonal.
Could someone please explain me how to insert images with screenshots?
