Hi, I have an issue on 2 websites with “Logos missing URL”, at some point 1-2 years ago we changed from Person to Organization, but Yoast SEO sends both to Google. We would like to stick with “Organization” but when trying to delete the image and username in the “Person” settings, you actually cannot delete the username from that field.

I just want to know if the “Reset Site Information” button from “Yoast Test Helper” resets that info so we can re-create our organization profile and send just one piece of info to google. Is it OK to press “Reset Site Info” on a live website?

This is fairly urgent, thank you for your time
(one of the websites has the Premium plugin and I also wrote an email to the support team, but I would like to solve it myself faster on both websites)
    Please advise

  • We’ve seen 2 instances of this as well.

Can you please get a bug fix rolled out for this ASAP.

And we’ve seen three reports of this as well.

Just had a message from the Feast plugin crew saying the following:

There’s an issue with the latest release of Yoast, which is triggering logo schema issues in Google Search Console.

If you haven’t updated to version 20.3, then don’t.

If you have updated to 20.3, or get a GSC warning about logos, please contact Yoast directly to get them to fix this ASAP.

This is not related to the theme or Feast Plugin.

Any chance this will be updated soon?

    Hello @paulpopescu @cookiemadness @halounsbury @feastdesignco

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I’m sorry that our plugin caused a problem on your site. A bug report has been created and is under review by our product team.

    Workaround
The solution is to export the Yoast settings, edit the file (it’s a text file), and remove the invalid company/person information. So if it was:
    company_or_person_user_id = 1
it would work by removing the “1”
    company_or_person_user_id =
and then importing those settings back in the Tools section. However, I’d like to stress that you make appropriate backups just in case anything goes wrong.

    What’s next?
Our product team will assess the severity of the issue and assign a priority level to the report. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. We cannot give you an estimate of when they’ll start working on the issue.

If you have any further information that may affect the prioritization or help our development team solve this bug, please leave a comment or subscribe to the GitHub report to get updates on the issue.

As this is a 2021 issue, I would fix it ASAP, a simple button to clear fields data on that page is more than enough, thanks for your answer anyway

    Dear All,

We continued investigating and have found that updating to WP Recipe Maker 8.7.5 should fix the error once and for all. Please update and let’s know if the issue persists.
