We have connected a Google Account to the plugin, but we don’t see any options for locations. It’s just a blank box

    Hey @devoantor,

The locations are dynamically loaded in chunks of 100 to accommodate users with a lot of GMB locations in their account. If nothing is showing up at all after connecting I suspect there might be a Javascript issue.

Can you check the browser console for any errors on the plugin settings page? (CMD/CTRL + Shift + J for Google Chrome or CMD/CTRL + Shift + K for Firefox).

Hey @devoantor, I haven’t heard back so I’m assuming this issue is resolved. But feel free to follow up if it isn’t, or to let us know what fixed it.

Hey Koen, apologies for my delay.

I got this JS error in the plugin config page:

    s.timepicker.datetimeRange is not a function

Can you try turning on the option “Disable date & time selector for events/offers” in Post to GMB > Settings > Misc, and then see if your locations load?

Koen, that worked! Thank you very much. I appreciate it greatly.

This is a fantastic plugin. Very useful and effective.

Thank you for your contribution. It is greatly appreciated.

Happy to hear that! Thanks for the kind words. I’ll look into the underlying issue. Because with that setting turned on you won’t have a convenient date and time selector when creating event/offer posts.

Could you maybe share your browser version and operating system?

This issue has happened to everyone who tried to connect the GMB.

The browsers and OS used were the following:

Safari and Chrome on Mac OS

    Chrome and Firefox on Windows

Chrome and Firefox on Ubuntu 22.04

Also, we have many different GMB accounts tied to the same email/google account.

Cheers, I doubt its a browser or OS related issue in that case.
