• I replaced a PDF for the green button (Self-Standing Frames) under our Cancun trip but when I click on it on mobile or tablet, an old version of our website pops up. I’ve gone in and looked at the link and it is the correct PDF. I used Divi to make the edit. I replaced a couple of the links earlier in the day without a problem.

    ETA:

To be clear, this is what should appear when clicking the green button under Cancun:

  • Unfortunately I can’t find the button you mentioned. The website also looks pretty broken to me. Deactivate WP Rocket for a test, maybe it optimizes a bit too much. This could also affect your problem.

Thank you. What would deactivating WP Rocket do to the site?

WP Rocket is a commercial optimization plugin. Deactivating it disables all optimizations in the frontend. As a result, you will see the actual output of the theme and plugins in the frontend, without any changes. This can lead to longer loading times, but to check your problem, this is the first step.

Please note that WP Rocket is a commercial product. If you have further questions about how it works, please contact their support: https://wp-rocket.me/support/ – questions about commercial products are not allowed here in the forum.
