Jetpack Related Posts not showing on front end

    Jetpack RP is working as expected on our staging site and when we published the site to production everything seems correct. However, the related posts block does not appear. If I open the post in the customizer, the related posts are shown. Any ideas what may be causing this?

    It is correctly connecting to Jetpack and I am able do a site sync.

    Seems to be post specific; some posts are displaying related post.

    Would you mind providing two or three links for the posts which are not working properly?

    It seems that waiting for the cache to clear resolves the issue. I’m a bit unclear why they missing and now back. Is there anything we can do to prevent this in the future?

    Which caching plugin are you using?

    It was my understanding that Jetpack had a cache that could keep related posts from appearing. This site is hosted by WP Engine. At this point I don’t have any additional cache plugins.

    We don’t have a cache for these, but sometimes the site can go through a full re-sync, which can take up to 24 hours to complete.
