• I have DDoS attacks and have enabled UNDER ATTACK mode in Cloudflare, but now 503 Service Unavailable on my website internal links only. When I deactivate the UNDER ATTACK mode in Cloudflare, it goes back to work normally. Is there any solution to this? Thanks.

  • Hello @softfully ,
    Hope you’re good today.

I think when you enable the Under Attack mode CloudFlare disables making a CURL request on the site. I don’t see anyway we can bypass that with the plugin, maybe there’s some whitelisting method on the hosting itself. Could you please let us know if your hosting support thinks otherwise?

    Regards.

    Hi, thanks for the reply
I don’t think that this kind of whitelisting will be available on my hosting hPanel?
Or explain with some example so I can check again to my panel…

    Hello @softfully

    I trust you’re doing well!

Based on CloudFlare’s documentation here is happening when server is overloaded. Although CloudFlare’s I’m Under Attack mode is blocking all bot’s IPs, and only “human” visitors are allowed to access the site.

Perhaps try whitelisting your server IP in ClouudFlare’s end and see if this will help to solve the issue. Add an IP Access Rule to whitelist your own server’s IP, that Broken Link Checker using to crawl your site.
