Instagram Icon MIssing

    I just noticed that my Instagram Icon is no longer visible. It was fine when I created it but now it does not show. I have chosen to “show label” so you can see where it is missing. I tried reverting back to the previous version of the plugin but it didn’t help. I need this fixed please.

    If this is still an issue, please provide more details.

    I had to use an image instead.

    The Instagram icon is available on all highlighted in the screenshot except the Dashicons.
    You can select this from your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

    Thank you. Yes, I realized there were options, as you can see that I uploaded an image to take its place, but I prefer the Font Awesome Instagram icon, and it was working before. I just don’t understand why it suddenly disappeared and no longer works.

    As I stated in my initial post “I just noticed that my Instagram Icon is no longer visible. It was fine when I created it but now it does not show.”

    So yes, I selected the Instagram icon from Font Awesome when I originally created the website and it worked fine, but then I noticed that it was no longer there, so I replaced it with the Font Awesome icon, but it just does not show. Therefore, as a workaround I had to create an image and use that instead.

    To summarize, I know where to find the icon. It is no longer working.

    Did you try re-saving your menu?

    1. From the menu uncheck fontawesome and save.
    2. Refresh the page Check fontawesome and save. Then make sure you choose fontawesome icon on the menu item settings.
    3. Save the menu.

    This worked for me, I was having similar issue. Although I am not sure if this will help you.

    Thank you for your response. The created image seems to be working so I will leave it as it is.
