Initial Login setup failed

    Hi Folks,

    I am installing first time WP in my debian11 server and i able to achieve my server side initial setup, now tried to login first time from web browser, and filled my db name username and password and host as localhost, but after filling all my entries correct it is giving error to connect to database. Please help me out to resolve this.

    Note: Mariadb is already running any i have couple of other database also so i just create one separate db for WordPress along with new user for wordpress and gave all privileges to the database.

    Which error is it exactly?

    Double-check if you have really entered the correct connection data to the database. It is possible to make a mistake here. Tip: test the access data via SSH with the mysql command.

    Also make sure that mysql-port 3306 is correct. If you have changed it, you must also enter it during setup.
