    Good morning – I am trying to upgrade to Jetpack advanced stats but it is saying my site is commercial because I have ‘Business Contact Details’. The website is for a school so it is not a business. We do not solicit donations or sponsorships through our website.

    Please can our classification can be changed as currently I cannot access statistics at all. Thank you.

    I reviewed your site, and can confirm that it is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan.
