Howdy @xaviermi, I’ve got a test site up and running with the Hueman theme and can’t seem to replicate the issue you describe. Can you please give me a bit more detail on your theme settings (or any other settings the might be affecting this issue)?
A list of active plugins and Jetpack modules would be helpful too, as well as the site you’re having issues with.
The theme has these settings:
– Post list design: Masony Grid
– Max number of columns: 2
– Enable infinite scroll: YES
– Desktop and laptop devices : when the infinite scroll is enabled, load posts automatically when scrolling: NO
– Mobile devices : when the infinite scroll is enabled, load posts automatically when scrolling: NO
When in the homepage (o in the archive categories or tag) i click on “load more posts”, at the second or third attempt, all subsequent articles are not loaded. As if there were no other articles (which in reality there are).
The problem occurs only with this active plugin, I have also tested with others plugin, but they are not the cause of the problem.

As far as I’ve tested Hueman doesn’t seem to support infinite scroll via Jetpack. Is there some other infinite scroll plugin you’re using? It would also be helpful if you could let me know the site you’re having an issue with.
Generally speaking, we’ve noticed that loading posts via infinite scroll and inserting the ad code can cause race conditions in some themes. We’ve disabled loading additional ads via Jetpack’s infinite scroll plugin, but if you’re using another plugin that’s likely the cause.

obviously, the infinite scroll via Jetpack has always been deactivated and I’ve never used similar plugins.
The problem occurs exclusively with your AdControl plugin (and the settings reported), disabling AdControl everything returns to work properly.
I could not verify if the problem came from the last update or was present even before.
I had to disable the scrolling function on all sites for this problem.
It looks like infinite scroll is a feature of the Pro version of the Hueman theme, so it’s not something that I’m able to diagnose. I’d recommend contacting the theme developer and inquiring if there’s a filter or function we can use to determine if a load is happening via infinite scroll. If so I can probably whip of a small plugin to block the loading on our side.
Otherwise, I think your best bet is to disable infinite scroll or ads on the front page.
I write to the developer and I’ll update you as soon as he answers.

For the users who will read, this is the answer of the developers of Hueman Theme at the problem:
“We’re planning a compatibility patch to be implemented in the theme in the coming week”.
The incompatibility should therefore be resolved in the coming weeks.
