    WP automated systems marked an urgent technical support message for my ecommerce store as “held for moderation”. I need help from SureCart ecommerce plugin team but now they wont be able to see my message. What should I do? What are your suggestions?

    Crossing my fingers that WP don’t flag this as well!

    A few things:

    1. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/seo-issue-with-surecart/ was released about 15 minutes before you posted this.
    2. WordPress is built and supported entirely by volunteers on their free time, and that includes moderators. Despite this, we endevour to address items held for moderation and held as spam several times per day, often hourly. No one thread is more important than any other, so please just wait for us to get to any that are held when we have the time to do so.

    If you have a forum post or reply held for moderation, you don’t need to ask us what to do, a moderator will take care of it when they can.

    Oh, I’m so sorry. I will take it into consideration for the next time. Please note that I manage multiple WordPress website and I do need to use WP Forum to ask for technical support from time to time. And it can be very stressful not being able to leave an important comment.
