Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. My issue has already been resolved.
For future reference who might come looking for the same issue. Here is what i did. I simply imported wp_rm_fields and wp_rm_forms tables from old website to the new one. Ofcourse, i renamed the table prefixes as well. It worked like a charm.

Hi Ihtisham,
Thanks for your valuable inputs. In order to allow us to better understand this problem for our analysis, could you please also provide following information:
1- Which PHP version your server is using?
2- WordPress and RegistrationMagic versions where issue was visible.
3- Was these versions same across old and new sites?
Your further feedback will be highly appreciated.
Hello,
Here is the information you required.
1- PHP version 7.1
2- WordPress version 5.1.1 / RegistrationMagic version 4.5.1.2
3- No, I updated the version on old site. So, version for the plugin on both sites was the same.
I hope that helps.
Thanks.
