Thanks for reaching out. Make sure you are using version 4.2.9 of our plugin. Then, go to the settings page of our plugin, choose the Cache time you want, and click the save button. Afterwards, click on the Clear Cache button. Let me know if that helps.

Hello, I have the same problems with version 4.2.9, it repeats many times, the image cannot be displayed.

I clear the cache and regenerate the token, my solution is the rollback to mayor plugin version, but I update renew to 4.2.9 and it fails again.

And it’s confusing because with auto-update disabled, the tool updates anyway

Resolve with rollback to 1.9.0 and regenerate facebook token.

@lautaroeb I would highly not suggest using version 1.9.0 as many security patches have been made since that version and you are open to XSS attacks.

Instead, try this: Go to the Settings page of our plugin using version 4.2.9. Then, choose a number from the Cache Time option. After that, click the clear cache button. Then create a new brand-new feed and see if that resolves the problem. Let me know how it goes 🙂

    Hello, thanks for the answer

Yes, sorry, it was my mistake, the version I used is 4.1.9.

I tried the solution you propose before and it didn’t work, apparently the cache is not the problem.
But when the error is repeated, let me know here.

Please go to the feed edit page in question, click the blue support beacon in the bottom right corner, and fill out the details there? That will give me your options and system info so I can debug the issue further. Thank you!

@lautaroeb I tried replying to your request through our support system a few times; however, it keeps bouncing back. Your email settings are denying our email support@slickremix.com. I noticed the images on your feed are not appearing again. You will want to go to the Settings page, choose a cache time, and then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. I would try creating a new feed and see if that works for you.

If you have an additional caching plugin, you should omit the home page or the section where the feed shows.
