After installing Woopayments, I can no longer access my dashboard, even with the link I was sent for recovery mode. How can I access my dashboard?

  • If you think the Woopayments plugins is creating problems, you can disable from you cPanel and then examine few settings. Then you can enable the debug mode to check what actually causing the error. I hope this will help you solving the issue.

Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /woocommerce-payments/ directy there.

That will remove the plugin causing the problem.

Next, I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
