how to translate templately’s header and footer using Polylang?

    Dear all, I’m new to WordPress and Elementor, and I’m trying to create a translated header and footer. This page, for example, is the english version: https://homebase-lab.com/ It is totally fine. When I convert to the arabic version: https://homebase-lab.com/ar/home-ar/, the header and footer converts the sides (which should happen because arabic is a right to left language), but I’m unable to translate the headers and footers. Check the image, I cannot find where I can add a language.
