Is there any PHP constants, or filters that I can use to change hummingbird default cache location?

Settings that stays in database isn’t ideal for docker & k8s setup

    Hello @prionkor,

We’ll have to check with the developers, if there’s any workaround for changing the cache directory using a constant or filter, etc.

To make sure we’re on the same page, could you please also clarify if you need this for the page cache in /wp-content/wphb-cache/, or the asset storage location or “asset optimization cache” located in /wp-content/uploads/hummingbird-assets/ directory (or for both options)?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro

Thank you for replying so fast! Yes, if possible I would like to move both directories.

Also is there any github mirror for this plugin? Browsing code in wordpress trac is painful.

    Hello @prionkor,

Also is there any github mirror for this plugin?

There’s currently no mirror on GitHub, or another public repository.

We’ve also received feedback from the developers regarding your initial request, and unfortunately there are no filters or constants for managing the caching directories.

They’ll be considering this as an improvement, however we can’t guarantee at this point that these features are going to be implemented, I’m afraid.

Thank you for your helpful feedback, and please let us know if you have any questions!

    Best Regards,
    Dmytro
