How can I show two different homepages to my returning viewers?

I want to send unique viewers to my homepage, where they will get an idea of what my blog is about. If they bounce back, then they’ll be shown the same homepage i’ve shown them earlier. But if they click on any link I want them to click on from the landing page, then the next time they visit, i want to show them a different homepage screen with all my latest post. I’ve searched for the solution on this forum, but the answers that came didn’t suit my need. (for example this solution it’s for logged in user. but i want to do that with returning viewers.
