Hi all,

I have a site logo which works fine on the site but woocommerce invoices (and probably other emails too) which are sent out are not displaying the image properly.

The url of the logo image on the email doesn’t work:
https://ci4.googleusercontent.com/proxy/KO1DdemVDYMC3S5iscpBtxMmF6RDcSxx0KFZd-5wl5Q2aq6xR4onCV2y7dlsAsFu7FC30TJhGWK8omTJH6A3blKv0sfkk5aIi1evIh8WGUp4sLzVWp4=s0-d-e1-ft#http:///wp-content/uploads/2019/05/WAVEZ-DARK-LOGO-TRANS-225×54.png

You can see that the path at the bottom is wrong … it should be “https://wavez.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/WAVEZ-DARK-LOGO-TRANS-225×54.png”, my domain is completely missing.

Thoughts?

Did you delete the logo image as I am not able to view this image, giving me 404.

Sorry, in my cutting-pasting it seems that my PC changed the x in 225×54.png to 225×54.png.

This link works:

I was wondering why the header image url does not have https? Did you give https url when setting in woo-commerce settings? It seems you have given https url in Woo settings, can you please check though I am not sure if this is the issue or not.

Hi all, thanks for your advice. It turned out to be really simple. Rather than using the system variable, Woocommerce allows you to specify the logo you’d like on the WooCommerce / Settings / Emails page. I guess it’s a feature but I’d not expected it. Also, it doesn’t allow a relative path (that is, /wp-content/…) but requires the full domain path. I added http://www.wavez.com.au/ to the beginning of it and it’s working now.
