I’m testing the free version of the glossary plugin on a new website. It seems to work fine, except that the glossary page doesn’t show up. Instead of the home page is being shown.
I use the free Astra theme and only for the home page, Elementor.

    What could cause this problem?

  • Did you flushed the permalink after changing the plugin settings?

Yes, I did that, but it didn’t help

Did you changed the glossary slug in the plugin settings?

Do you have in your website enabled the pretty permalink?

I did not change the glossary slug:
    Glossary Terms Slug: glossary
    Glossary Category Slug: glossary-cat
    I use the permalink …/sample-post/

If I type in the URL manually (e.g. https://mywebsitename/glossary), I get this message:

This page doesn’t seem to exist.
It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Maybe try searching?

So it seems that the website is not able to pick the permalink.
I tested right now with a new website, downloading the latest free version, and I was able to get to the page without changing the slug.
I should investigate on the website itself to understand what is happening but this kind of support it is provided with the premium plan.

That’s too bad. I also deactivated all plugins, but that didn’t help either.

I can’t give you more information about the issue are you facing as I can’t help you with the information I have.
Maybe you have a caching system that need to clean after those changes.

I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. Now it works!
    Great plugin!

    Perfect!
