I have a multisite wordpress installation. I am able to backup the database. But trying to do a full backup of the site wont move past “1. Trying to make a list of folders to back up …”

Status still says “ok” and there are no errors. It just gets stuck I guess. Here is the log file for the job.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I was able to discern that whether the backup worked or not hinged on inclusion of the “uploads” folder (include the uploads folder it ends with “trying to make a list”, exclude the uploads folder and the backup works normally). Have you tried weeding out different folders @kdowns ?

I figured that since they marked this one as ‘resolved’, they might not look back in on it, so I started a new thread here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/backup-terminates-with-trying-to-make-a-list-of-folders-to-back-up/

@rbrunskill I wasn’t able to figure out anything with this plugin so I ended up reverting back to a different backup plugin. Occasionally the original backup plugin I was using gave me issues so I wanted to give a few others a try to see if a new one would work better. But no luck here :/

    Hi @kdowns @rbrunskill
please list all the activated plugins name here, I think there may be a plugin conflict.

And in next time, if the issue is marked as resolved, please create a new one in our support forum, so we can have a look!
    Thank you all very much!
