Flodesk forms being blocked

I’ve discovered (and have been able to replicate) on different sites that having any of the form protection settings enabled causes an issue with embedded flodesk forms properly submitting. The forms appear to submit on the live site(s) but are not posting the information to flodesk. If any of the Cleantalk form settings are enabled, the submission does not work. If they are all disabled, submitting on the form works without issue.

URL exclusions aren’t an option in my context as Cleantalk is being used on a multisite instance with hundreds of subsite so there’s not a way to exclude all possible urls that might have an embed from on them. The form field exclusions also do not work as the form doesn’t render an id in the HTML.

This issue can be replicated with no other active plugins while using the twentytwentytwo theme. An inline lead capture form is the easiest to setup and add to a page or post using the HTML block.
