This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

There’s a more detailed description about how to use the Health Check plugin and its Troubleshooting Mode at https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/

Thank you !
Unfortunately, we are using a Template: ThemeSphere – SmartMag. If I switch it to any of the Twenty*, I will not see anyting identifiable.
I will try the “Health Check”.

@jetteroh Sorry for a slow reply. This should be fixed in the latest Gutenberg 18.7.1 release.

I think you’re using WordPress 6.4, and so you should know that the Gutenberg plugin will drop support for 6.4 in the not too distant future after WordPress 6.6 is released, so you may want to consider upgrading to 6.5 or 6.6.

Thank you very much!
Unfortunately our WP is v6.4.5 as I read in /wp-admin/about.php page.
We have lot of plug-ins installed. I should check thoroughly is there any contradict modul that would cause any problem because of upgrade.
