Fatal error on line 81

    Good morning, I use wordpress at an amateur level and without having modified anything (except the normal automatic updates of the most important plugins) lately my site has a fatal error (see below) that does not allow me to access the dashboard. Unfortunately I have no active backups, can you tell me what I can do to restore the site without losing the woocommerce database? For example via ftp can I delete the child theme and maybe restore the site with another theme at least to enter the dashboard?

    Hi @noritarte,

    If you can access your site’s files over FTP/sFTP, locate to root directory (htdocs) > wp-content/themes/, then rename the botiga-child-theme. For example: botiga-child-theme-RENAMED. Then access your site’s dashboard, enable Botiga theme.

    Thanks! I tried renaming the folder but I still can’t access the dashboard, maybe I need to clear the cache or delete the files inside the folders? I see these folders in the cache: autoptimize, meta and supercache and an index html file.

    I did it! I managed to get in with the new recovery mode feature of wordpress, thanks anyway for the help!
