• Hi there,

So i want to display the Entry ID of the submission in the subject of the confirmation email. I want to use the Entry ID like a ticket-system.

    Like this:

    “Contact-Request: 5778 – John Smith”
    “Contact-Request: [fv-entry-id] – [field id=”firstname”] [field id=”lastname”]”

In the Body of the mail the shortcode [fv-entry-id] works just fine. But i can’t use it in the subject of the mail. Any way to make it work in Elementor form too.

    Hi,

    iam using Elementor Pro forms.

    Hi,

Elementor does not provide flexibility to update email subjects.
Elementor provides flexibility to update email content so We have added only for email content.

    Ok that is sad.

I just don’t understand why other shortcodes work in the subject like [field id=”lastname”].
But if you say it’s not possible, than i need to find a different way to display the ID of the submission.

Still thank you for you nice plugin.
