Entries not being recorded

    If I add the pre-made “Online Quiz” block, publish the post, and then fill in the form: when I go to Entries in wp-admin, I only see one of the selected values in the Fields box.

    Further, “checkbox_f9f95f” doesn’t clearly explain that I selected “Mouse” for the “What name is given to the programs ran by a computer, as opposed to the hardware ?” question.

    Hi,

    1) Yes, it only records selected/answered questions.

    2) By default, each field has an auto-generated field ID as you have it as “checkbox_f9f95f”. However, you can rename it in the form editor to make it nice.

    Thanks for highlighting the field name box! I missed it!

    As far as question 1 goes, I’m not quite seeing expected behaviour. Are you able to access this screen recording? There are many fields on the form I’m not seeing in the response.

    Hi,

    Those templates may have some issues. Those need to be updated. Could you please try to create a fresh form yourself and test this?

    Another thing you might not notice is, like field ids, you may also define a form labels so that it is recognizable from the entries screen easily.

    I’ve just tested with a new form with radio buttons and check boxes, and can confirm that these show up correctly when a form is submitted.

    As you suspected it looks like the pre-made form templates need to be updated.
