Hi Jerry,
This can happen if you use the default PHP mail service.
First of all, please note these points.
1. If the ‘From’ address does not match the domain on the hosting account, it can cause issues with email delivery.
2. Check if you are using the correct email address in the ‘From’ address used by our plugin (Settings > Notifications) for the applicant and admin notifications.
3. Avoid using the same email addresses for the From and To fields. If not, the email will be automatically marked as spam.
If the above solutions don’t work for you, then there are many other ways to fix this: You can use a dedicated plugin for handling the mail. For example, WP Mail SMTP by WPForms or using the plugin, Stop WP Emails Going to Spam if you do want to use the default PHP mail service.
