Don’t take any action before ‘plugins_loaded’ is fired

I’m from the Polylang team. I contact you about the translations of the options inside /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-apg-nifcifnie-field. This kind of options can be translated in the Strings Translations (registered before with a wpml-config.xml file). With your plugin that’s not possible to load on the front the translation made in the Strings Translations. This si because your plugin loads its options before the other plugins are fully loaded. It is much better to do nothing before all plugins are loaded (action ‘plugins_loaded’), otherwise you prevent other plugins to hook into actions and filters. In the case of the translation file, if you don’t wait for ‘plugins_loaded’, you load the file before a multilingual plugin can change the locale.
