I switched my donation page from the original to the new and when I ran a test I get all the way to the donation completed and the image on the thank you page is ALWAYS showing larger than it actually is.

Your instructions state: For best results use an image in 16×9 aspect ratio at least 680x400px.

I have tried several different images and the current one is a thumbnail 300 x 300 px. But it still is distorted bigger than it actually is. It does this no matter what the dimensions of the image are.

Hi, I tested your donation form and identified two reasons why your image is not appearing as expected:

    1. The thank you page is styled to fit an image with a 16×9 aspect ratio. This means the image should be wider than it is tall. The current image in your form is 300x300px with a 1×1 aspect ratio, so it is not the correct aspect ratio.

    2. Because a vertical image has been resized to fit within a square frame, there are also transparent pixels on the left and right of the image which explains why the image does not appear to stretch across the width of the form. It actually is stretching to fit, however the white background shows through the transparent pixels.

Both of these issues could be resolved by ensuring the uploaded image has a 16×9 aspect ratio and no transparent pixels.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I DO NOT want a 16×9 format. I want my book cover image. I tried creating different formats of differing sizes hoping that one would fit. I kept shrinking the size down until both sizes was less than the recommended. With and without the transparent edges, but it is still going to be taller than it is wider, because it is a book cover. Stretching the image is not necessary if you allow the owner to meet one of the image edge pixels. I definition of 600×0 would be more dynamic.
