Deleted the plugin but I still have many many requests on the logs

Hi,
I’ve two websites that used to have oneSignal installed.
I uninstalled it a few months ago but the webiste error.log file is still full of these lines:

FastCGI sent in stderr: "Primary script unknown" while reading response header from upstream, client: xx.xx.xx.xx, server: domain.tld, request: "GET /wp-content/plugins/onesignal-free-web-push-notifications/sdk_files/OneSignalSDKUpdaterWorker.js.php?appId=xxx

How can I get rid of this?
