Can you please share which theme you are using? If you are using FSE block-based theme, then the customizer will not work. If you’re using such a theme, styling options are located elsewhere within the editor.

Another issue I have encoutered with the block Category Grid, when choosing masonory layout I get this error, the block works in front end but the isse is in the editor
