cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate

    Can someone please advise what is my problem. I’m getting the following error messages trying to use the WordPress app on my iPad. It did work for a couple of posts. No problems using the web dashboard.

    Couldn’t upload the featured image cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate Unable to sync media

    The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: Jetpack: [http_request_failed] cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate [-10520]

    Hi @fhithich,

    That error means that our servers can’t connect to your site because Jetpack cannot verify the SSL certificate. I’d recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and ask them to configure the site’s web server to supply the entire SSL certificate chain. Once this is done, please try to reconnect Jetpack and let us know how it went.
