Hi, We have WP User Frontend installed Version 4.0.3 and the Pro – Professional plugin Version 4.0.1. We’re still encountering the problem that when an user tries to login the website gives a critical error message. How can this be solved? When I disable the WP User Frontend plugin it’s possible to login again. Greetings Rodaal

hi, thanks for your swift reply. The issue still persists after I did the update 3 days ago. As mentioned we’re using WP User Frontend Version 4.0.3 and the Pro – Professional plugin Version 4.0.1. Are these the versions where it should be fixed?

    Hi Saiful,

How do I get the latest update for the Pro Version? I am on Version 4.0.3, but in the WordPress backend I don’t see an update for 4.0.5. Can you assist me with this?

    Thanks!

Hi, I’ve submitted multiple tickets via your website, but I didn’t get any response. Can you maybe refer to my ticket internally (number #854002) so they can make haste? The users from my website still aren’t able to login for the last 7 days… I’ve paid for this plugin, so I also expect the right customer care.

    Thanks!

Hi Saiful Islam, I’m sending you a message here, because I’ve not received a response on my ticket (#854002). Can you please let me know how I can update the pro plugin to the latest version? As I’ve mentioned in the ticket:

The problem is that I don’t see the update of the Pro version. We are on version 4.0.1 and I don’t see an update button to get 4.0.3. How is this possible?

    Hoping for a quick response.

    Hi Saiful,

I do understand, but I hope to get a response to my ticket then (#854002).

Because you can’t login to disable or update the plugin, another approach may be required. This might help:

    1. Login via the OS, or get FTP access.
    2. cd to wp-content/plugins/wp-user-frontend
    3. Move file wpuf.php to temp.txt (You must have permission to do so)
    4. Refresh any site page. This disables the plugin because it’s no longer executing.
    5. Now move the file back, temp.txt to wpuf.php.
    6. You can login now, even after step 4.

When you get in, update the plugin to v4.0.3. THEN activate it.
Don’t reinstall or you will probably lose configuration details.

    Good luck!
