    Dear when we want to login via wordpress we get a critical error :

    /data/sites/web/velofevercc//logs/error.log.7.gz:2024-05-02 05:42:07.287145 [NOTICE] [2483757] [T0] [176.62.168.173:14196#APVH_velofever.cc] [STDERR] PHP message: WordPress database error Table ‘ID383251_1653569.wp_jetpack_sync_queue’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp_jetpack_sync_queue WHERE queue_id = ‘sync’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue\Queue_Storage_Table->get_item_count
    /data/sites/web/velofevercc//logs/error.log.7.gz:2024-05-02 05:42:11.434465 [NOTICE] [2483758] [T0] [176.62.168.173:14208#APVH_velofever.cc] [STDERR] PHP message: WordPress database error Table ‘ID383251_1653569.wp_jetpack_sync_queue’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp_jetpack_sync_queue WHERE queue_id = ‘sync’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue\Queue_Storage_Table->get_item_count

    However, I do not use the plugin on the site. Jetpack was first used when building the site. However, not anymore. How can I solve this error?
    Thank you in advance for your support.

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

    Although you do not use the Jetpack plugin anymore, you do seem to use a few WooCommerce plugins and extensions that rely on your site connecting to the WordPress.com cloud. Plugins like Google Listings and Ads, WooPayments, or WooCommerce Shipping & Tax are plugins that can rely on that same sync mechanism.

    I would recommend that you check the different plugins installed on your site, and that you ensure you’re running the most up to date version of each plugin. Once you’ve updated all of them, and if the problem remains, could you contact us via this form with as much information about your site as possible? It should help us investigate further with you.

    Dear Jeremy,

    Thank you for your feedback. We are running Up To Date plugins. You also can see in the Logs that there is an explicit reference to an error with JETPACK:

    /data/sites/web/velofevercc//logs/error.log.7.gz:2024-05-02 05:42:07.287145 [NOTICE] [2483757] [T0] [176.62.168.173:14196#APVH_velofever.cc] [STDERR] PHP message: WordPress database error Table ‘ID383251_1653569.wp_jetpack_sync_queue’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp_jetpack_sync_queue WHERE queue_id = ‘sync’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue\Queue_Storage_Table->get_item_count
    /data/sites/web/velofevercc//logs/error.log.7.gz:2024-05-02 05:42:11.434465 [NOTICE] [2483758] [T0] [176.62.168.173:14208#APVH_velofever.cc] [STDERR] PHP message: WordPress database error Table ‘ID383251_1653569.wp_jetpack_sync_queue’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp_jetpack_sync_queue WHERE queue_id = ‘sync’ made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue\Queue_Storage_Table->get_item_count

    The other plugins mentioned are not listed. The strange thing is : we don’t use Jetpack on this site (www.velofever.cc).

    How can I remove all historical code of your jetpack plugin from my site? I would assume if I deactivate and remove the plugin this should be fine. Strange that there is “lost/leftover” code on our site after deactivating the plugin that has a negative impact on our website performance.

    Please help me fix this issue. Regards, Lode

    Hi @lodetkint,

    Upon reviewing the logs you provided, it looks like they are over a month old. Are you currently experiencing similar errors, or are you referencing these older logs?

    It would be helpful if you could provide more recent logs or confirm if the issue is still ongoing. This will allow us to better diagnose and address the problem.
