    Hi,

    SiteGround is saying the plugin causing issues on our website:

    While monitoring the website I also noticed that one of the most executed scripts is the admin-ajax.php and based on my checks most of these requests are coming from the plugin “WP Accessibility” as the following POST request data was included:

    action=wpa_stats_action

    If this plugin is not necessarily required I would suggest disabling it as it is adding additional resource usage due to the large number of requests coming to the website (essentially each page visit is triggering a POST request to the admin-ajax.php with this action).

    Can you let me know how to resolve this? I would hate to disable this plugin.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @dee987,

    Sorry that you are running into issues with ajax calls. The action that you point to isn’t from our plugin, it’s from a different accessibility plugin that does slightly different things.

    I think the plugin your looking for is this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-accessibility/

    Let me know if I can help you at all in any other way. Feel free to try our plugin and see if it solves the needs you have instead, our plugin does not make ajax requests from the frontend for logged out users.

    William,
    Thanks! Sorry for the confusion.

    The statistics collection in WP Accessibility can be disabled in the settings.
