I wonder if maybe it would be possible to improve this plugin by allowing the filters to be configured like checkboxes instead of radio buttons.

Right now the user can only select one of the many categories to filter on. If instead they could select multiple categories by toggling the filter buttons on/off individually this would allow users to filter by multiple categories at the same time.

For example, on the linked page, I have both locations and market types that could be filtered. Some varieties are at multiple locations, and each variety has a market type. If users could select multiple filter selections they could then check for any variety of [x] market type that is also at [y] location. Right now that’s not possible.

In this example it’s simple to figure out because there are just three posts, but my client has ~50 varieties, so this will be useful when they’re all entered.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If this became an option, it would make sense to add filter_type="radio/checkbox" as the attribute in the shortcode, I’d imagine
