• After installing the plugin clicking the link under the plugin name on the plugin page the page wont load. It even causes an unusually high php-load on the server and I get an 503 if I let it load to long.

Had this on wordpress 6.4.2 and php 8.2 and 8.3. We don’t support any other php anymore so can’t test on 8.1 or 8.

Also no errors are logged in the logs. And also no console errors.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thank you for report.

The plugin is compatible and tested with PHP 8.2 and WordPress 6.4.2.

The free version only loads 10 images (files) per page and the only reasons I can think of are either server configuration or a really large image file stored on the server that causes the 503 error. If you have the ability you can try to increase the max_execution_time or max_filesize

I you want me to take a look and can provide temporary admin access you can send me a message with the details @ https://mediarecoveryplugin.com/contact

    Thank you,
    Krasen
