Can’t Change Colour of Menu

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to change the accent colour of one of the main menus on our website. If you click the link, you’ll see the yellow bar underneath “Construction Equipment”, which expands when you hover over it (on Desktop specifically). I want to change this colour to orange, but I can’t figure out how to do that.

I am able to change it through Inspect Element, but permanently changing it seems to be out of my grasp. Can anyone direct me on how I can do this?
