Canonical redirect for taxonomy terms bug since 2.9

    Hi,

    Polylang is redirecting string query parameter when used with date archive:

    E.g., en/2022/?cat=843 redirects to en/category/my-category/

    *843=my-category

    Even in the response header it states x-redirected-by: Polylang.

    Also as soon as I disable Polylang it works when using the date archive 2022/?cat=843.

    I rollback to find which version this began in and found it started at 2.9.

    Now in the changelog the most suspect change is with the taxonmoy terms:

    `= 2.9 (2020-12-07) =

    * Fix canonical redirect for taxonomy terms

    I have been looking into this for a few hours, can you please have a look or provide bug fix for this, would be very helpful! – in the meantime I’m looking for workaround.
