Cannot create blocks

    Whenever I try to create any block, the “Add Connect Key” button/link appears at the top left of the site and in the top middle it says “Loading blocks”. Problem is that it stays like it forever and even if I add a connect key from BoldGrid.

    I checked my browser console (Chrome and Microsoft Edge) and I see the following error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot create property ‘$previewHtml’ on number ‘500’

    Can you help me with this, please?

    P.S. I don’t have an SSL certificate for my site yet. Is that possibly related?

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with the Post and Page Builder Blocks. Are all your plugins, themes, and WordPress core up to date? What other plugins are active on the site? I was unable to replicate the console error (thanks for sending that!!) on a brand new install so there could be something conflicting with your specific installation.

    Hi Nicole,

    thank you for trying to replicate the issue. As a matter of fact, it went away without me being able to pinpoint the cause. I did set up an SSL certificate for my site but later on it worked also without SSL.
