[Bug] ORGANIZER is urlencoded in iCal export

    Hi, I love your plugin! Just a small bug I came across:

    I noticed that the ORGANIZER CN is urlencoded in the generated iCal file for an event. However, the spec expects this to be (non-urlencoded) plain text – see http://www.kanzaki.com/docs/ical/organizer.html

    Would it be possible to remove the rogue rawurlencode() from line 327 in src/Tribe/iCal.php in a future update?
