browsing to domain name doesn’t go to WordPress pages

Hi! My problem seems to be between https://kasparthecat.com/wp/ and https://kasparthecat.com/ where if you just browse to the domain name you get the default index.html and not the pages created with WordPress. I added a forwarder to move visitors to /wp, and that works in Chrome, but not in Edge or on Chrome on my cell. Thanks!
