I’ve just installed this plugin on WordPress 5.4.1 and the option to set a body class is not displayed/available on pages or posts. The plugin is working perfectly on another wordpress installation of mine.

I am getting the message on the plugin: Warning: this plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.

I assume that this may be the problem?

  • Hi,

I experience the same issue. Does the plugin support Gutenberg editor?

    Thanks for any info provided!

    Hey,

    Thanks for noticing the issue!

I will check it up right now and fix it if there’s a bug or something.

@webmandesign At this point, there is no specific Gutenberg support, but the old metabox systems should still work. I do plan to add a separate Gutenberg panel, but I’m not sure if this isn’t too much for a simple plugin with simple input.

Thanks again for the heads up!

I’ve fixed the issue in the latest version 0.7.2

    Cheers

    Hi Andrei,

Thank you, I’ve got confused with “Enable Custom Body Class Editor.(Disabling this will not remove the classes from front-end)” option, actually. I’ve had this disabled as I thought it would remove some existing classes on front-end…

Once I leave the option enabled, everything works as expected now. Thanks.

    Regards,

    Oliver
