Block news with “all button”

i would like to have a news block that enable users to see also all the articles in that category.
better is possible to have it for free.You can see a sample of what i need on the website thegamesmachine.it

i would like to have a news block that enable users to see also all the articles in that category.
A very basic solution via Gutenberg would be to use the Latest Posts widget block. Under the block’s settings, you can select the specific category and add a new Latest Posts widget block for each category.

they use it several times:As for more advanced implementation such as the one you list at thegamesmachine.it, they are using WPBakery’s Visual Composer page builder paired with the Gauge theme to achieve that.
Some themes and other plugins offer this kind of category feed as well and I suggest exploring https://wordpress.org/plugins/ and https://wordpress.org/themes/.
On https://wordpress.org/plugins/, you could search for items such as post grid, post grid block, post lists, category lists, and more.

I just noticed you specifically wanted an All/More button — I would advise searching for a plugin or theme for this functionality.
