Azure WordPress with this plugin

Hello, I am using this plugin after following this instructions. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/quickstart-wordpress
After installing the plugin and submiting a test resume, the resume does not appear in the azure blob storage container. How do i fix this
