    Hi there,

I have a mailchimp campaign running where the second email in the campaign is triggered to send immediately following the ecommerce action of purchasing a specific $1 virtual product in my woocommerce store. I noticed that this email was not being sent until I manually went into woocommerce orders and changed the status of the order from “processing” to “complete.” I sought out this plugin to eliminate the need for this manual status change on my part and make the order completion and subsequent email trigger immediate. I installed the plugin, turned on autocomplete for virtual products, and tested. Autocomplete is working and immediately switches the orders from processing to complete. The woocommerce confirmation of order email also goes out immediately. However, the mailchimp email is now not being triggered at all. Mailchimp is definitely connected to woocommerce. Using woocommerce 3.5.7, wordpress 5.1.1, mailchimp for woocommerce 2.1.14. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

  • MailChimp may not be using the same hook. I will have a look at the plugin tomorrow and see how how it works, but the plugin wasn’t originally designed to work with other plugins like this, but I’ll look at making this compatible.

Great, thank you! Definitely could still use this functionality. Looking forward to hearing back more once you’ve worked on it.
